    Al-Helouji: The human element is the decisive factor for the transformation journey in the Kingdom's Vision 2030 

    Sterling International Board Chairman Dr. Alaa Al-Halooji stressed the importance of the human element in achieving the goals pursued by the Kingdom's Vision 2030, as it is the true treasure of the nation and the vision tool which is a "road map" for transformation and then reaching the summit, preserving the achievement .. noting that it is the vision. A journey that is supposed to have no end, and that the responsibility of the individual is no less important than the responsibility of leadership in the journey of change.

    This came during a lecture organized (remotely) by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Eastern Employment Center last Monday evening (03/01/2021) and titled (capabilities and skills required to align with the vision of the Kingdom 2030), attended by a large number of followers, as he explained that the word of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques The two honorable King Salman bin Abdulaziz, in which he said: “My first goal is for our country to be a successful and pioneering model in the world at all levels, and I will work with you to achieve this.” It expresses in short the aspirations of the vision and emphasizes the issue of reaching the summit and cooperating with all parties.

    In this regard also, the lecturer included the speech of His Highness the Crown Prince, who said: “Success stories always begin with a vision, and the most successful visions are those that are based on strengths. where we trust and knowledge God which gave us a blessed country and the two holy mosques, where all Muslims belong.

    Pointing out that this word summarizes the Kingdom's strengths, from which the vision was launched, from which the Arab and Islamic depth, and the pioneering investment power, as well as being the axis of linking the three continents,
    Accordingly, he stated that the vision embodies the ambition of the nation and that the true treasure is our society and individuals, our national identity, values with long-rooted roots, and so on.​
    He pointed out that change management and business results depend on two aspects: the technical side and the human side, and studies reveal that 87% of the strategies of institutions and countries fail if they focus on the technical side only, without giving the human side, and paying attention to all its affairs with transparency, flexibility, and effectiveness while working on continuous improvement​.
    He revealed that all the research indicates that 58% of employees leave their institutions according to their need for development, and when they were asked about their definition of lack of training, they mentioned that one of the reasons behind this is the absence of new challenges, and that their real capabilities are still not exploited, and that new responsibilities are rare and non-existent. As well as not being delegated, the work environment is not supportive, and surprisingly few of them mentioned the financial factor.
    It is noteworthy that Dr. Al-Helouji has held several positions, including Deputy Minister of Transportation in the United States of America, a member of the Boulder Alliance for Institutional Excellence in America, in addition to being a lecturer at the University of Florida.​
